Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or M.Com is a plus)
Proven work experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends
Handle TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely compliance
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
Maintain records of property sales, purchases, rental income, and other real estate transactions
Coordinate with sales department for financial updates
Manage payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable
