Finance & Banking:
Visit banks for fund arrangements, loan documentation, and other financial transactions.
Handle vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with financial institutions for fund management and credit facilities.
Ensure timely deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations.
Hand on experience in making LC, BG, ABG, PBG etc
Administration & Travel Management:
Arrange flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees visiting client sites.
Process travel expense reimbursements for engineers and employees.
Maintain records of travel expenses and ensure timely approvals.
Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies.
Manage company records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
Support HR in attendance tracking and leave management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in finance, banking operations, and administration.
Strong knowledge of cash flow management, fund allocation, and banking procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred:
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
