ManageXpert BPO is a growing business process outsourcing firm specializing in inventory management, accounting, and back-office solutions for US-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced US Accountant to join our team immediately and handle financial operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records for US-based clients

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations

• Process payroll and tax calculations (US tax knowledge preferred)

• Prepare monthly financial reports and profit & loss statements

• Work with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar US accounting software

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and US tax regulations

• Collaborate with the US team for smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in US accounting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, US taxes, and payroll processing

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software

• Ability to work night shifts (US hours)

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Candidates must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory)
