About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with external auditors and support the audit process.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives.
Manage tax filings, VAT/GST returns, and other statutory compliance requirements.
