We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing key client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure all requirements are met.
Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address client needs.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Provide post-sale support and troubleshoot any issues the clients may encounter.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or customer relationship role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
