Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring they align with company policies.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivable.
Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records or transactions.
Reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in preparing financial statements for management review and audit purposes.
Tax Compliance:

Support the preparation of VAT/GST returns and other statutory filings.
Assist in the preparation of tax calculations and ensure timely submission of taxes to relevant authorities.
Financial Analysis:

Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Provide insights into financial data and highlight any areas of concern to the management team.
Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Sales, Procurement) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and supporting information.
