📢 Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and proficiency in Tally. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day accounts, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Daily Accounting: Manage and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.

✅ Tally Operations: Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP 9/Prime with accuracy.

✅ GST & TDS Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and other statutory compliances.

✅ Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in cash and bank statements.

✅ Vendor & Client Payments: Process vendor payments, follow up with clients for outstanding dues, and maintain payment records.

✅ Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.

✅ Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and records.

✅ Petty Cash Management: Monitor and maintain petty cash accounts and ensure proper documentation.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies:

📊 Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime and MS Excel.

💡 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

📚 Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

📝 Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

🔍 Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

⏱️ Strong time management and organizational skills.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

💼 Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9/Prime.

💡 Preferred Industry Background:

Experience in accounting for modular furniture, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
