Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account cum Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accounts records, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Process payments, invoices, and expenses.
3. Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
4. Prepare financial reports and statements.
Administration:
1. Provide administrative support to the team.
2. Manage office supplies, inventory, and assets.
3. Maintain office records and files.
4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo is preferable ).
2. Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
