Sr. Executive – Account and Finance

Role Description
As an Sr. Executive – Account and Finance based in our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for managing daily finance and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. This includes reviewing general ledger entries, maintaining the fixed asset register, and ensuring accurate financial postings. You will oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and correct allocations. You will also supervise bank and cash postings, verify tax calculations, and handle GST filings and assessments. Additionally, you will manage financial period closing, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits. Your role will be critical in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business growth.
What We Are Looking For
Education: B.COM Graduate or relevant degree in accountancy.
Experience: 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in accounts/finance.
Knowledge of:
Inventories, Order Processing , Import & Export
Taxation (GST, TDS, Custom Duty, etc)
Managing of AR AP end to end.
Internal Control, Internal & Statutory Audits
MS Office and ERP systems
