Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who is proactive, client-focused, and has a basic understanding of finance. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel,and client data management

• Familiarity with Tally, basic accounting principles, and finance coordination

• Understanding of tax terms like TDS, GST, and invoicing processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
