Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
Maintain ledgers and assist in reconciling accounts.
Assist with data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
Bank & Payment Handling:
Prepare and process payments (online transfers, cheques, etc.).
Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
Invoicing & Billing:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Follow up on receivables and maintain customer payment records.
GST & Taxation:
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.
Help maintain records for TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
Documentation & Reporting:
Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
Assist in generating financial reports for internal review.
Audit & Compliance:
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure all records comply with legal and company regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
0–2 years of accounting experience (internship or full-time).
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and time management abilities.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is a plus.
