Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

• Support in preparing financial reports and budgets.

• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.

Sales Support:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

• Follow up with clients and handle inquiries effectively.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

• Meet sales targets and provide regular performance updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
