We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the team with a variety of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts
Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions
Maintain accurate ledgers and account records
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
Assist with GST returns and other statutory reporting
Help with audits and end-of-year financial tasks
Liaise with suppliers and respond to account queries
Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to accounting
