Position: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Location: Salt Lake / Topsia, Kolkata

CTC: ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Dewars Garage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a sales-driven environment such as automotive, retail, or trading companies. This role demands precision, responsibility, and a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including sales entries, purchase entries, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting-related documents.

Prepare reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

Coordinate with auditors and assist in the audit process.

Support in budgeting and forecasting.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances is preferred.

Experience working in companies where product or service sales take place.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Location Preference:

Candidate must be comfortable working in Salt Lake or Topsia, Kolkata
