Job Time: 08:00 am to 06:00 pm

Salary: Between ₹ 1.5 LPA to ₹ 1.8 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our accounts team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to manage various day-to-day financial and administrative tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank entries and reconciliations

• Prepare and enter sales invoices and sales return transactions

• Enter purchase invoices in accounting software

• Manage stock journal entries and conduct regular stock verifications

• Handle commission invoice preparation

• Match and reconcile ledger balances in Tally

• Record remittance entries and manage seller payment calculations

• Handle TDS/TCS entries as per applicable laws

• Record branch transactions including bank and expense entries

• Manage material transfers between branches

• Record production-related entries

• Process individual bank entries and other journal entries

• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-way bills

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting fundamentals

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS rules and application

• Basic understanding of inventory management and cost accounting

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
