Position Summary:

As an Accounts Executive at Trijit Technologies, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining financial statements, handling petty cash, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS filing requirements. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience and a solid understanding of Tally and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial statements.

• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.

• Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and collections.

2. Compliance and Filing:

• Perform GST and TDS filing accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally for accounting and financial management tasks.

   Liaise with internal departments and external clients/vendors as necessary.
