Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Assisting with invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Supporting accounts receivable functions, such as following up on outstanding payments.
Reconciliations:
Assisting with bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
Auditing:
Participating in auditing activities, such as verifying financial data and procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
Answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Preparing and distributing documents.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.
