Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and RERA guidelines.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for cost control and profitability.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage property-related financial transactions, lease accounting, and project cost tracking.
• Implement and improve financial controls and accounting systems.
Requirements:
• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and real estate financial software.
• Strong understanding of taxation, RERA, and real estate finance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
