Billing Executive Location: NavrangpuraWe're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage our financial transactions and billing processes. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations as we continue to expand our travel club membership and offerings. The ideal candidate will combine financial accuracy withexcellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities● Generate and issue accurate invoices to members for travel bookings and membershipfees● Process payments and maintain thorough payment records in our tracking systems● Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues promptly● Handle member inquiries regarding billing, payments, and refunds● Create and distribute financial reports related to sales and revenue● Maintain organized records of all financial transactions● Coordinate with banks and payment processors as needed● Support month-end closing procedures● Assist with budget tracking for travel programs and events● Ensure compliance with financial policies and proceduresQualifications● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field● 1-2 years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role (fresh graduates withrelevant internship experience will be considered)● Proficiency in MS Excel for invoice generation and financial record keeping● Experience with Tally or similar accounting software preferred● Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy● Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines● Good communication skills for interacting with members and vendors● Basic understanding of GST and tax compliance● Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information
