ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The Role will support in "ensuring financial accuracy and seamless client coordination." As an Account Executive, you will manage day-to-day client accounts, handle invoicing and payment follow-ups, ensure financial records are accurate, and support smooth business operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and invoicing

• Follow up with clients for timely payments and settlements

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Support in GST, TDS, and other compliance documentation

• Identify and highlight payment risks or delays

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recurring business
  

PRE-REQUISITES

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance or related field

• Strong understanding of Excel and basic accounting principles

• Familiarity with invoicing tools or accounting software is a plus

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines

• Prior experience in client servicing or finance is an added advantage
