General
• Create a local partnership network of financial institutions such as banks, NBFCs as well as their Direct Service Agents (DSAs) to offer choice to FPOs and their farmers
•
Build trust with FPOs and connect with their key decision makers
•
Establish business relationship with retailer agri business / branches of financial institutions.
RESTRICTED
• Design broader credit generation (distribution) network to cover farmer funding such as FPOs
• Co create FPO, Farmer, Financial institutions connect activities, campaign events with other FarmRise One program offering such as Agri inputs, advisory, market linkage, spray services.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, government policies and best practices. Credit Lead Generation and conversion
• Identify right customer segments in need of credit
• Assess FPO credit requirements and guide them on their credit needs
• Help decide on the appropriate financial institutions for FPOs credit request
• Collect documentation and support FPOs in their credit application where required
• Convert leads to successful disbursements with shorter turn around time and scale up success with FPO testimonials.
• Engage FPOs by designing and conducting various programs such as trainings on financial literacy/ business management together with partner financial institutions and NGOs (e.g. IFC, HDFC Foundation, Axis Foundation) or Government program.
