Job Description:

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Junior Accountant to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to grow their careers in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be ready to work in a dynamic dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Process invoices and receipts in a timely manner.

• Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and assist with ledger management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Assist with tax filings and other regulatory requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (preferred).

• Prior experience in a junior accounting role is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
