SENIOR ACCOUTANT
Job Summary:
Dimension Group is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management, preferably with exposure to merchant banking activities. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support investment and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
Conduct internal audits, financial risk assessments, and cost control strategies.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Merchant Banking & Investment Operations
Assist in capital raising, debt structuring, and financial due diligence.
Support M&A transactions, IPO processes, and investment banking activities.
Prepare and review offer documents, agreements, and regulatory filings as per SEBI guidelines. Ensure adherence to RBI and SEBI regulations for financial transactions.
General Finance & Compliance
Handle payroll processing, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and investment planning.
Provide insights for strategic financial decision-making and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com with 10+ years of experience in accounting & financial management. Experience in merchant banking, corporate finance, or investment banking is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, and financial regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
