Job Title: Senior Accountant

Experience 5 to 8 years

General Responsibilities:

• Work independently and efficiently handle accounting operations.

• Demonstrate hyper-active problem-solving skills and take ownership of financial tasks.

• Ensure smooth financial operations and proactively suggest improvements.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

• Manage and maintain all accounting entries in Tally Prime, including contra entries, journal, purchase, sales, and bank reconciliations.

• Handle E-invoicing and E-way bill generation and management.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions comply with statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Decision Making:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors or consultants.

•  

Banking & Financial Transactions:

• Handle all banking-related tasks, including bank entries and reconciliations.

• Regularly check bank statements and ensure proper recording of transactions.

• preparation, LC (Letter of Credit), and remittance processing.

• Coordinate with banks for foreign exchange transactions, payments, and loan-related documentation.
