Job Description:

Chawla Medicos is hiring a Senior Accountant with expertise in export billing and overall accounts management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Billing & Documentation – Prepare and manage export invoices, shipping bills, and related documentation.

Bookkeeping & Accounts Management – Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.

TDS & Tax Compliance – Handle TDS calculations, GST filings, and ensure statutory compliance.

Financial Reporting – Generate reports on accounts, cash flow, and profitability.

Vendor & Customer Payments – Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.

Audits & Reconciliations – Assist in audits and ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in export billing.

✅ Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and bookkeeping.

✅ Experience in handling complete accounts independently.

✅ Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (or any accounting software).

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
