Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IND-AS and company policies.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, invoicing, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with project and operations teams.

• Handle internal and statutory audits, including liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Monitor project-level financials and cost control for solar/wind energy projects.

• Maintain fixed asset register and manage depreciation schedules.

• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for project financing, subsidies, and capex.

Skills Required

• Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles, IND-AS, and financial reporting standards.

• ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally ERP; SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Taxation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.

• Financial Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variances.

• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in financial record-keeping.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

• Audit Handling: Experience in managing internal and statutory audits.

• Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• MS Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially project and operations departments.
