Manage and maintain financial records, including receivable, invoices, petty cash and bank statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and Company policies. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, store teams and auditors. Provide support during audits and financial inspections. Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system. Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals. Other adhoc requirements. Skills:- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive with Account Receivable. Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to analytics, detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
