Job Description: Senior Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance our design approach.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AUTOCAD, Google slides, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in web and mobile design is a plus.
