We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, Data Management & Assisting in internal coordination, ensuring smooth workflow & efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
•Data entry, Updating Records, and Maintaining internal Databases.
•Handling documentation, filing and Paperwork for business operations.
•Preparing Reports invoice & official communications.
•Assisting in inventory management, procurement, & internal logistics.
•Coordinating with other departments & External Vendors as needed.
•Maintaining Confidentially and ensuring accuracy of all internal data.
•Providing Support to front-office and Management when required.
