We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive for our growing CHA (Customs House Agent) company.
The candidate will manage documentation, coordinate with clients and customs officials, and support operational activities.
Preparing and managing customs clearance documents
Coordinating with shipping lines, CFS, transporters, and clients
Filing shipping bills, bills of entry, and other customs forms
Maintaining organized records of documents and communication
Supporting the front office team in daily operational tasks
Handling emails, invoicing, and data entry
Reporting to senior management
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any stream preferred)
Knowledge of customs documentation and CHA work is an advantage
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Email writing
Good communication and organizational skills
Freshers can apply; experience in CHA / logistics preferred
