Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Manage and update financial transactions in the Tally software.
Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Assist with preparing and filing tax returns.
Inventory Management:
Update stock levels in Tally and ensure records are accurate.
Maintain proper inventory records, including purchase orders, sales orders, and stock adjustments.
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements with company records in Tally.
Prepare reports on discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Support to Senior Management:
Provide support in financial analysis and reporting.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning documents.
Compliance:
Ensure that all financial transactions are compliant with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive data.
Communication:
Interact with other departments (sales, HR, operations) for necessary data or reporting.
Coordinate with external vendors and clients for payment collection or order processing.
Document Handling:
Organize and maintain documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts.
Assist in scanning, filing, and retrieving physical and electronic documents when needed.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent is preferred.
Additional certifications in accounting or finance (like Tally certification) will be an advantage.
Tally Software Proficiency:
Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP (or Tally Prime).
Knowledge of generating reports and using Tally for daily accounting tasks.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation techniques.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to spot discrepancies.
Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors.

Experience:
Prior experience in back office, accounting, or data entry roles is preferred but not mandatory.
