We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating reports, handling social media, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Administration:
Manage pantry inventory and office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
Handle general office upkeep and coordinate with vendors when needed
Maintain and update candidate reports, track interviews, and follow up as needed.
Manage and update company social media accounts.
Provide general support to visitors and new employees.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage daily office activities efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in office coordination or administration is a plus.
