Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented freshers for the position of Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry, documentation, and filing of various records.

• Manage communication with internal teams and clients via email and phone.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

• Maintain and update the database.

• Ensure that all processes are followed as per company standards.

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role (not mandatory).
