Manage and maintain documentation and filing systems.
Enter and update data into internal databases with high accuracy.
Handle back-end support for customer queries and coordinate with front-office teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks as required.
Manage emails, calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support HR, finance, or sales teams with administrative tasks.
