We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. You will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, handling internal communications, sales and purchase , payment follow-up and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry, data processing, and updating records in the system.

• Handling internal documentation and maintaining accurate filing systems.

• Coordinating with front office and other departments for workflow management.

• Managing emails, internal reports, and preparing documents.

• Conducting quality checks on data and documents.

• Assisting in inventory management or order processing (if applicable).

• Supporting finance, HR, or sales teams with administrative tasks.

• Maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Previous experience in a back office or administrative role.

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
