(Orbiqe Technologies pvt. ltd.) is looking for a compassionate and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our team and help ensure our clients have a positive and seamless experience when using our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media for astrology services, bookings, and accounts.
Assist customers with booking sessions, selecting astrologers, and navigating the portal.
Resolve complaints or technical issues and offer personalized guidance on astrology services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and keep customers informed about events, promotions, and new services.
Collaborate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and follow up for customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and customer support platforms.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with both customers and internal teams.
