We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks such as data entry, documentation, record keeping, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records.
Prepare and process documents, forms, and reports.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with front office, sales, or other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and records.
Assist in inventory management, order processing, and report generation.
Provide support in audits, internal reviews, and compliance-related activities.
Respond to emails and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in back office or administrative roles is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
