Key Responsibility Areas:
Operations:
1. Coordinating with client for Quotation, PO, Invoice Query, acknowledgment copy, any GST related query etc.
2. Reviewing invoices of materials delivered and verifying the price and quantity.
3. Negotiating with service providers, contractors, submitting cost comparison analysis to senior management for
approval.
4. Office AMC renewal of all equipment and services such as office IT software, Internet Lease Line, CCTV, UPS,
Network Video Recorder, printer, air conditioners, water purifier, pest control, fire extinguisher & others.
5. Procuring, maintaining inventory of company assets including office equipment etc as per company procurement policy.
6. Supervising & coordinating with multiple service providers for security, pest control, housekeeping
printing company letter heads, signages, bank vouchers, office furniture cleaning, office premises cleaning etc.
7. Maintaining filing system, it always should be in good position
8. Ensuring company properties are always clean, presentable for client visits.
9. Maintaining staff records including daily attendance register, preparing staff payroll.
10. Organizing staff recognition programs, staff birthday celebrations, etc.
11. Maintaining strict confidentiality of company information and reporting any company policy breach in company
premises to senior management immediately.
12. Client Move in tasks: connecting clients for assistance that may be required to clients? for smooth operations.
13. Undertaking any special tasks which may be assigned by the senior management.
14. Preparing Challan, Invoice, Quotation, email drafting, PO verification, printing, GST related work
15. Sale, Purchase entries in tally, bank reconciliation in tally.
