Designation : Valuation Database Drafter

Department & Functional Area : Real Estate Retail Valuation

Position (New / Replacement) : New

Type (Permanent / Contract) : Permanent (Probation Period- 6 Months)

Expected Joining Date: Immediate Basis

Job Location : Noida

Reporting To : Team Leader

Proposed CTC : For Bachelors -1.8 Lakhs / Annum, For Diploma- 1.44 Lakhs / Annum(Candidates with relevant experience will be compensated higher)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Commerce / Science / Management /Diploma in Civil /Mechnical (CGPA > 6.5 only).

Essential / Pre-Requisite:
Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.

Preferred Background / Skills:
Background in consulting firm / Retail Valuation is ideal.
Ability to read engineering drawings, understanding of financialModelling & MS Office, good presentation skills and understanding ofbuilding bylaws / masterplans.

Job Description:
Undertaking Valuation Assignments / Site inspections & collection ofprimary data.
Secondary research and Data Analysis.
Preparation of Valuation reports and handling client queries.
Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technicalbuilding deviations (FAR area, Extensions, Multiple units etc.) andother legal issues.
Any other task assigned including data base management, CRM etc.,

Office Timings (Monday-Saturday):
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with full flexibility & willingness to travel which is vital in the role.)
