Administrative Management
· Oversee housekeeping and ensure the office infrastructure is well-maintained, including lights, fans, EPABX systems, refrigerators, and office locks.
· Acting As whole property estate manager including having all Rights of Manpower Operations Coordination
· Maintain confidential documents securely.
· Monitor office attendance systems and ensure the safety of keys and office equipment.
Customer Service:
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
· Address and resolve any operational issues promptly by taking ownership.
Inventory Monitoring:
· Monitor inventory levels of different equipment and accessories.
· Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
· Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inventory movements.
Team Bonding & Collaboration:
· Work closely with various departments, including sales, HR, technical, and social media, TRC to ensure cohesive operations.
· Prepare Schedule & Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Monitoring
· Monitor All departments Task closely taking responsibility of your team completing in timeline
· Understand KRA of Various departments
· Prepare & Monitor Key Result Area (KRA) scores and prepare final performance evaluations of Entire Staff.
