Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customer’s remains satisfied with company products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Maintain daily records of calls and updates.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
1years to 4 years of experience in tele calling or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
