The Back Office Sales Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks. This role involves processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Order Processing: Handle sales orders, invoices, and follow-ups on payments and deliveries.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide data analysis as required.
Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, and resolve any issues related to orders.
Market Research: Assist in gathering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all sales-related activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or back-office role.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience in a similar industry (e.g., retail, manufacturing, IT, etc.).
Knowledge of ERP systems and data management tools.
