Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Member Relationship Department (MRD) team. As an MRD Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with holiday bookings, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge and be fluent in both Hindi and Bengali to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Holiday Booking Support: Assist clients in making holiday bookings, including guiding them through available packages, destinations, and booking processes.
Client Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, offering support throughout the booking process and during their holiday experiences.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with members by ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving any issues or queries promptly.
Communication: Provide timely and clear communication to clients in Hindi and Bengali, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and courtesy.
Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, booking details, and any special requests using basic computer software.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to help improve services and customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of bookings and client needs.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali (both written and spoken) is a must for effective communication with clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, booking software).
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build trust.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the travel or holiday industry is an advantage.
Ability to manage client expectations and provide personalized recommendations.
Knowledge of holiday destinations and packages.
