Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer service.
Generate reports and insights on customer engagement and sales trends.
Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
Support the sales team by providing necessary customer data and insights.
Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement with clients through emails, calls, and meetings.
