Position Overview:
The role involves providing comprehensive support to the business owner. The ideal candidate should be sharp, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and handle tasks with precision.
Salary:
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Annual Bonus
Experience:
3–5 years as Executive Assistant / Secretary to MD / Office Administrator
Age & Gender Preference:
35-50 years
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate tasks, follow up, and ensure closure on all assigned work.
Handle all emails, calls, and communication professionally.
Manage daily calendar, meetings, and schedules for the Founder.
Coordinate with internal and external teams, vendors, and clients.
Maintain records, documents, and notes with high accuracy.
Coordinate travel bookings, events, and meetings.
Update the Founder daily on all work progress.
Handle people smartly and manage difficult personalities with tact and diplomacy.
Maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information responsibly.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent memory & follow-up skills.
Highly organized.
Good communication – in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Street smart.
Responsible & committed – must have worked in previous companies for at least 3+ years.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email tools.
