Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good command of drafting letters, emails, and documents. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and format official correspondence including letters, reports, and memos.
Maintain and organize office documents and records, both physical and digital.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders via email and phone.
Assist with data entry, file management, and routine office tasks.
Provide support to senior staff in administrative duties.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good drafting skills – preparing clear, concise, and professional documents.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of office procedures and recordkeeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior internship or experience in clerical or administrative roles (not mandatory).
