This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, including Services, Customer Care, Finance, Legal, and the relationship team. It requires engaging with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process from off-boarding houses to handing over keys, managing property maintenance, and collecting security deposits.
Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to inform security deposit recovery decisions.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to maximize security deposit recoveries.
End-to-end ownership of the cases until closure.
