In addition, you must possess excellent shorthand skills to take dictations, transcribe meeting notes, and prepare official letters, reports, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a good typing speed (minimum 30-50 wpm) are essential. The candidate should also have the ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are crucial for this role.
