Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company's databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and proficiency in data management software. Key Responsibilities: Input data into computer systems and databases. Verify and correct data for errors or inconsistencies. Maintain and update records in digital and physical formats.Review and process incoming data for accuracy and completeness.Generate reports as needed based on the entered data.Perform data cleaning and ensure data integrity.Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records.Follow data entry procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Respond to inquiries regarding data or records when necessary.Other administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in data management are a plus.Proven experience in data entry or a similar role (experience can be entry-level).Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database management systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with data entry software or enterprise systems.Familiarity with Google Sheets and other online tools.Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.Must be able to use a computer and related equipment for prolonged periods
