● Demonstrate expertise for shortlisting partner universities according to the student profile and ensure documentation and visa processing guidelines.
● Should have knowledge of documentation needed to apply for a student visa as well as filling of visa application forms for popular destinations.
● Complete process from Profile Analysis, Shortlisting, Filling, Follow up, Deposit to University, Visa Process
● Take ownership of accuracy of work and maintain quick a turnaround time
● Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
● Understand student's profile and guide him for applying to in right University/program
● Application on the University portal
● Follow up for fee payments to Universities
● Ensure daily application submissions, offers follow up and Deposit
Follow Up
● Complete process from Profile Analysis, Shortlisting, Filling, Follow up, Deposit to University, Visa Process
● Counselling the students for overseas education in different countries, follow up with the students, solve their queries and handle their registration
● Staying updated with University admission processes in various countries, their requirements, courses, majors and developments in education and financial aid in different countries
● Helping students choose courses and universities that will help them for their profile building and also guides students for interview preparation
● Managing the end to end admission process from course selection to getting the admit from Universities
● To be single point of interface and guide, assists and ensure students with successful completion of all the key milestones of the admission process including short listing, editing, application submission, VISA and Post VISA formalities
● Review and proposed information on various courses, internships, projects, foreign universities, test prep products, application process and deadlines proactively
● Calling and counselling the students / parents and follow up for enrollment
● Work on registration deadline, strive towards the goal of outstanding customers service to enroll students for the programmes and get referrals
● Fill the application form the University, verifying them and sending the same to the Universities
● Maintaining and updating the data of all register students and their VISA application status
● Ability to work independently and to arrange information sessions, set appointments which stakeholders and promote the company in a positive manner
● Utilize phone, email and mail to communicate with prospective students in a timely manner, providing superior service
● Informing about the training services offered for study abroad with full details. Ensure higher conversion by being a single point of interface with all students counselled.
● Ensure benefits and advantages of enrolment are shared with student Support enrolment process
● Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.
● Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Center Manager
● Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
● Maintain inventory of students kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
● Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals
● Maintain confidentiality of data, Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timeliness
● Pro actively up selling and cross selling relevant products
● Managing the Telecaller team, with the walking. Updating and training the Tele caller team about all products and services.
Work Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar 4th block)
Working timings: 8:45 to 7 PM
